My name is Vanessa, known as; Wife, Mum to 3 and “Vee” to some. I am passionate about wholesome food, health, wellness + natural self care ❤
I am a Lifestyle, Food & Wellness Coach and passionate about sharing, educating and helping women, especially mothers, take control of their health + wellness. I am believe that a non diet approach is the best diet and that the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle such as eating right (cutting back on processed foods), exercising, sleep, stress and reducing toxic load are the best way to a feeling our ultimate best.
So here is how my journey began and I look forward to sharing with you some of things that I have learnt along the way… I have so many funny childhood memories related to food to share with you but I guess I can say this is where my passion for wholesome food started… My mum is an amazing cook and so were her parents (Italian heritage). I grew up in a house with very little processed food and everything my mum gave us was home made so I never knew any different and I want the same for my children… I have never been a fan of dieting…. for me it just never worked the only way that I found to loose those unwanted kilos was by exercising and cutting back on delicious cakes + biscuits that I love… and finding alternatives…
So this is only a little insight into the world of Wholesome Vee but I just want to thank you for stopping by and I hope that you find some useful tips or can laugh at some of my experience along the way….
